Rent Collection
Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. To make payments simple and hassle-free, we offer tenants multiple convenient options, including

We enforce a systematic rent collection process to ensure timely payments each month. Before lease signing, we clearly outline all payment expectations and procedures with tenants. Should a payment delay occur, we follow Residential Tenancy Act of each province
while working collaboratively with both owner and tenant to find reasonable solutions. Only as a last resort, when mutual resolution proves impossible, do we initiate formal arbitration through the Residential Tenancy Branch
Property Inspections – Move In / Move Out
We conduct thorough move-in inspections with detailed reports that both landlord and tenant sign to document the property's initial condition. When tenants vacate, we compare the property's condition to the original report to determine security deposit adjustments.
Property Inspections – Interim
We protect your investment through scheduled property inspections, carefully assessing both interior and exterior conditions to identify any maintenance needs. Our approach prioritizes tenant courtesy while maintaining thorough oversight - all prospective tenants are informed of these scheduled inspections in advance. Every property receives an interim inspection to ensure proper care between tenancies.
